When exactly should I come for the blood draw?

For women with a cycle: the cycle day determines how meaningful the assessment of your hormone values is. Your values can be best determined in the early phase of the cycle (day 2 to 5, counted from the first day of a true period, not from spotting). The length of your cycle doesn't matter here — whether it's 24 or 35 days, what counts is only the distance from the start of bleeding. If your cycle has become irregular but is still present, it is best to book shortly after your next period starts, so that the appointment falls within the first five days. If that cannot be planned, come any morning fasted and tell us when your last period began. For women without a cycle, the cycle day does not matter: if you have had no bleeding for more than three months, simply come any morning. In every case: ideally before 10 a.m., because several of these hormones follow a daily rhythm. If you find that the recommended cycle day cannot be met, or if anything is unclear, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help.
