Due to high demand, the waiting time until your results are medically validated and released may vary. We do our best to release them as quickly as possible. However, we are committed to strict quality standards, which means validation takes on average 10–15 days. If it takes longer, we will inform you by email about the current status.
In most cases, a Medical Report as well as your personalized roadmap with recommendations regarding health, lifestyle, and follow-up testing will already be provided.
